
Kettlebells

Designed to double dip on both strength and conditioning by using one implement, the kettlebell. The focus will be to use foundational movement patterns with swings, squats, and overhead presses that will carry over into everyday activities : picking items up off the ground, playing with kids/grandkids and enjoying an active lifestyle. This class is great for beginners to build strength and confidence and can push the advanced lifter at the same time.

Barbells

Geared for those who are interested in utilizing the barbell to move stronger and more efficiently. The focus will be on foundational movement patterns with squats, deadlifts, pull ups, and chest press variations. This class is great for anyone who is looking to build strength and advance their technique.

Adaptive Movement

Geared for those who may be just starting an exercise routine, those who are coming off an injury or those who have physical impairments which call for modification. The focus is to develop strength and cardio while also prioritizing balance and mobility.

Yoga

Move mindfully, breathe fully, and know you've found THE movement class to keep your body and mindset healthy for whatever life throws at you. All classes are core and pelvic floor safe, with modifications given. If you are looking for classes that are both challenging and restorative, you've found your place!

Mixed Adult Class

Our focus will be movement that can lead you to keep up with the every day demands of life while working towards your individual goals and needs in life. Programming includes barbell, kettlebells and natural movements. New participants are welcome to join each month. 10am sessions offers child care (3mo+).

Youth Athlete Development​

Geared for grades 8 to 12th. Individualize the needs of youth athletes to improve performance and prevent injury with in-season and out-of-season specific programming, shoulder care, and ACL-injury prevention components. Programming includes barbell and kettlebell lifts, plyometrics, and time to work on individual needs/goals. New participants are welcome to join each month.

Athlete Development Prep

Geared for grades 5 to 7th. Start preparing for weight lifting and sports using developmentally-appropriate kettlebell, barbell and plyometric progressions. Utilize all planes of motion to improve sport-specific performance and prevent injury. New participants are welcome to join each month.

Healthy Movement Development

Geared for grades 4k to 1st. At this age, kids need to have fun with all kinds of movement patterns to develop their toolbox. Based on Mov-Nat™ progressions; skills are practiced by obstacle courses and through games. New participants are welcome to join each month.

Skilled Movement

Geared for grades 2nd to 4th. Refine core movement patterns, continue developing the movement toolbox and learn to establish posture, position and breath for future strength training. Mov-Nat™ skills and pre-lifting concepts are individually progressed and practiced in obstacle & game format. New participants are welcome to join each month.

Circuits & Conditioning

After a week of lifting it's time to let loose with a bit more cardio and circuits. This is a relaxed class with a mix of agility, core, balance and conditioning. A great way to start the weekend or just end the week.
