Class runs M-F at 7 PM (must attend at least 4 out of the 5 classes). Learn the foundations of movement in kettlebells, barbells and yoga. Be introduced to the Ethos community and philosophy. If this time does not work for you, please reach out to schedule 1-on-1 or small group training sessions.
