6 weeks of open gym membership at Ethos
4 coached small group workout sessions each week plus additional workouts programmed
3, 1-hour nutritional therapy sessions
3, 1-hour wellness coaching sessions
6 group educational sessions with pre-recorded videos, worksheets, and interactive planning
Physical Therapy Screen & recommendations to address any physically limiting factors
Group and coach support; access to the Ethos Community

Typical Week Schedule:
Monday: 6:30-7:30 PM Group Educational Topic (Nutrition, Goals, Movement, Grocery Visit, Etc)
Tuesday: 6:30-7:30 PM Small Group Personal Training
Thursday: 6:30-7:30 PM Small Group Personal Training
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: 1-2 Workouts programmed for you to complete. Think a hike, bike ride, walk, and some versatile strength training. Includes open gym membership during course and programming app.
