FOUNDATIONS

Offered the first week of every month (see ETHOS U calendar for exact dates)

$100 (INCLUDES 30 day GYM MEMBERSHIP, Physical therapy, WELLNESS & NUTRITION mini CONSULTS)

This is how you set yourself up for success. Learn the movements in our introductory class series. Start on mindset and lifestyle improvement with our wellness coach. Meet with our nutritional and physical therapists to screen for potential problems. Feel equipped and supported.


GYM MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships (except open gym or yoga) begin with Foundations; after which you’ll select your desired membership.

Small group all-class Pass:

$120 individual/ $220 couple

10 small group Classes per month:

$100 per individual/ $180 per couple

Small Group Punch Card:

$120 for 10 classes (3 months)


YOGA PUNCH CARD

$80 per 10 classes

Includes all regular and select specialized yoga classes (3 months)


Fresh Start program

An intensive 6-week re-set that focuses on the basics of healthy thoughts, choices, nutrition and movement.

$800 or 2x$400*

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions, with our nutritional therapist, wellness coach, and physical therapist

  • 3-4x/week Small group or 1:1 personal training, including strength, conditioning, and yoga. Open gym membership included. Additional guidance & programming provided for home/gym workouts.

  • Interactive curriculum, individualized to you and designed to address your routines, systems and root causes of struggles.

*May qualify for HSA use.


TActical program

Designed for Emergency Professionals, Military and Military-Prep

$60/month for Open Gym +Programming. $20/month Programming

Your job requires you to be constantly ready for action. Use programming designed to prepare you to meet the challenges you face every day.
