YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
The best way to get better at any sport is to become a better athlete. That starts with hard work in the weight room, better movement, and a mindset to match your physical skills. Training memberships are based on days per week with components of strength, conditioning, plyometrics, recovery and character/mindset development.
Monday-Friday 3:15 or by appointment for individuals/small groups
in-season supplemental training
This option is for in-season athletes who would like to maintain off-season performance gains or those looking for supplemental training. We typically recommend no more than 1-2 sessions per week, depending on competition schedule and recovery demands. This can be a 1:1 personal training session or a small group session for several athletes looking for a similar program. Consult with our coaches to find the best fit for your athlete or team.
